This brush does massage my scalp leaving my hair looking very neat. However I do notice its bristles around after each use.
First of all, it has boar's hair bristles mixed in which helps so much with drying. I like the shape of it and how close it gets to my head. And, it is very easy to boss my thick waves around in sections also making drying easier and faster. It also is very easy to roll my lengths under to dry my oh-so-thick wavy shoulder length bob. I'm very happy with this brush.
I have never thought much about a hairbrush but this is amazing. The way it is curved massages your scalp as you brush. It really is a fantastic product.
This ThickTails Boar Bristle Hair Brush has a nice, ergonomic design and a nice, rubber grip on the handle. I love the way it curves to your head while you brush your hair, and it feels reasonably stimulating to my scalp.That said, the bristles aren't quite long enough to go all the way through my thick, long, wavy hair. I don't think it's an issue so much with length as it is with the thickness of my hair. I can still use it, but I have to make several passes through smaller sections of my hair to make the bristles go all the way through. I would recommend this brush for finer to medium thickness hair, instead of thicker hair types like mine. It ALMOST is enough - but not quite. Aside from that, it's actually a very well-made and sturdy brush on the whole. YMMV!
I received 1 Thick Tails Hair Brush . The brush has a curved and over sized head, that works well with all hair types. This brush has added nylon bristles. The bristles detangle thick hair and massage the scalp. The brush is vented for blow drying. Overall I like it.
Good brush. Bought it to help distribute the oils to the lower lengths of my hair. I really like the way it goes thru my hair when it's wet and I like the way it is not to harsh on my scalp. I love this brush. It doesn’t pull out my hair but gets out the small knots. This brush lives up to its name, and price tag. My hair gets knotted fairly quickly when I wear it down. This brush effortlessly glides through my tangles (on dry hair, I don't use this on wet hair), and leaves my hair smooth. It doesn't cause static, and stimulates the scalp which is important for healthy hair.
